New Leadscrew Actuator Range From Geeplus Exemplifies Efficiency

Beckenham, United Kingdom – Finding applications in a wide range of industries, the new and versatile leadscrew actuator range from Geeplus is particularly well-suited for position adjustment of hospital beds and furniture, machine tool actuation, valve actuation, and others.

By producing linear movement from a rotary motor, this innovative actuator uses a large bearing for high load capacity. A timing belt provides efficient increase in motor torque and BLDC motors are incorporated for low audible noise.

The Geeplus actuators derive from their proven low-cost open-loop control Brushless DC motors for higher rotational speed capability. Initially available in three sizes, the leadscrew actuators use standard M12 threaded rods for reduced cost and offer a pulley ratio of 4:1.
