Geeplus Invests in High Precision Testing Chamber

Beckenham, UK – In order to meet the most exacting standards in the actuator industry, Geeplus has invested in high tech testing equipment at their hub in Beckenham, UK.

The new high-rate test chamber can set various stress screening temperature change rates, for example 5℃/Min, 10℃/Min, 15℃/Min, 20℃/Min, 25℃/Min et., in order to verify the manufacturing process.

Temperature/ humidity cycling stress screening uses temperature acceleration techniques to establish the suitability of the product  to meet the changes encountered in external environmental stress, while in use.

The new testing chamber is qualified to test products to meet the stress screening of electronic equipment products to MIL-STD-2164, MIL-344A-4-14, MIL-2164A-19, NABMAT-9492, GJB-1032-90, GJB/Z34-516, and IPC-9701 test requirements, while customers and end users can be assured that Geeplus actuators continue to leave the factory meeting the most stringent of specifications.
